30-Day Return Policy:

As always, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you're not satisfied with any item, Cameras For All return policy is as follows:

Customers wishing to return merchandise to Cameras For All must first contact and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

• Defective Upon Shipment - Credit for cost of item(s) or replacement
• Cancelled Order - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 35% re-stocking fee
• Damaged, Missing Parts - Non-Returnable

Cameras For All reserves the right to evaluate production return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

For all returns - customer is responsible for payment of both the original shipping out and all shipping costs back to Cameras For All.

All returns must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA#. All cartons being returned must be carefully marked with the assigned RMA#.

RMA's received back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned must be insured by you for your protection.

If approved, you can expect your refund within one week from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
